After successfully owning and operating another cleaning business with a partner for more then four years Jacki wanted to pursue her own passions and vision with her own business. Commercial Cleaning Field Manager
Commercial Cleaning Field Manager-
We are seeking a dedicated Evening Commercial Cleaning Field Manager to join our team for the following service areas; Rockford, Sparta, Plainfield, Grand Rapids, Cedar Springs, Walker, Greenville..etc.
In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial spaces, contributing to our mission of providing our clients a safe and healthy environment.
Responsibilities
- - Train new and existing team members.
- - Inspect the quality of work to maintain high standards through quality checks.
- - Covering call in's for designated cleans.
- - Inspire the team by fostering a positive attitude.
- - Perform cleaning tasks on a daily basis.
- - Supervise staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- - Address customer complaints with cleaners professionally.
- - Ensure that all facilities are properly secured.
- - Lead two week reviews, scorecards and provide constructive feedback for employees.
- - Come to home base (Greenville, MI) to gather supplies/equipment needed for employees.
- - Start new accounts as they arise.
- - Attend management meetings.

Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is required for driving to various facilities.
- Personal, reliable transportation
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning role.
- Proven experience in management or a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Able to fill out paperwork and turn in to office at a timely manner.
- Must be able to start at 5pm and work until job done which is roughly about 1am.
